After 7 years of honing his craft, he founded Pencil, an R&D-oriented website consulting firm, in 1995. With a focus on analysis, he has been providing one-stop solutions to his clients including Lion, where he helped grow their ecommerce revenues by 150,000% in 6 years, Megmilk Snow Brand, Kagome, Rinnai, All Nippon Airways, VeriSign Japan and Toyota Caelum. Yoshiaki has spoken at numerous seminars, conferences and training sessions across the country to a total audience of over 19,000 to date.
